Terms

Last updated: 21 April 2026
The short version: Keeper is a subscription service — ฿199 per month — that walks with you through your week. It is not therapy, not medical care, not a crisis line. You can cancel any time by replying to any Keeper email. If anything feels unfair, reply and we'll sort it out together.

Who these Terms are between

These Terms are between you (the subscriber) and ActualLife, a business based in Bangkok, Thailand, operated by Joyce Patrick Group. By subscribing to Keeper, you agree to these Terms.

What Keeper is

Keeper is a weekly email companion that walks with you through the week you wrote on your A4. Keeper drafts are shaped from what you wrote, in your own words, and delivered as:

Keeper is a companion. Keeper is not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, financial advice, or a crisis service. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis line in your country. In Thailand, the Samaritans of Thailand crisis line is +66 2 713 6793.

Subscription, price, and billing

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Two ways:

When you cancel, Keeper emails stop at the end of the current billing period. No trick charges.

Refunds

If Keeper stops landing for you — at any point, in the first week or the first month or the sixth month — reply and tell us. Our default is to refund the most recent month without argument. If you've been with us longer and something genuinely isn't working, we'll figure out a fair unwind together. We'd rather lose a month than hold someone's money who isn't being served.

How you can and cannot use Keeper

Yes:

No:

What you own, what we own

You own what you wrote. Your A4, your rhythm, your replies — they are yours. We hold them on your behalf so Keeper can walk with you, and we never claim ownership.

We own Keeper itself. The Letters, the voice, the rhythm design, the website, the system — those are ActualLife's intellectual property. Reading them and being moved by them is welcome; republishing them is not.

What we can't promise

Keeper is a small, honest service. We will do our best, but we can't promise:

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ActualLife's total liability for any claim relating to Keeper is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This clause doesn't limit anything that can't legally be limited (e.g. fraud, or harm caused by gross negligence).

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in any way that affects you, we'll update this page and send a Keeper email explaining what changed at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect and we'll refund any portion already paid for the affected period.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If we ever disagree about something, we'll try to resolve it in conversation first; if we can't, the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction.
